Understanding Polyurethanes - Training Seminar

Smithers Rapra will be presenting the 'Understanding Polyurethanes' training seminar in Cleveland, Ohio on May 12 - 14, 2009.
The seminar was held in the USA for the first time last April and feedback was so positive that Smithers Rapra decided to offer the event again in 2009.
This year the program content includes some of the latest technical developments for utilizing renewable materials in place of the conventional oil based starting materials for the production of polyurethanes.
The modular seminar allows participants to sign up for the sessions which best suit their areas of interest. Jim O'Connor, SynUthane International Inc., based in Connecticut, presents sessions on Polyurethane Foams and the Fundamental Chemistry of Polyurethanes, while Dave Russell, Akron BioMaterials Inc. will present on Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers.
The seminar will provide a forum for delegates to meet with industry colleagues while gaining the most comprehensive overview of PU formulations, processing technologies, applications and markets.
